RecommendedCalled at 6 am on a weekday thinking I'd be leaving a message , they answered the phone and helped me troubleshoot, had a technician at 9 am, problem fixed by 10. Very happy with the work!
RecommendedCalled them about 11am on a Friday and by 12:30 they were on site and had diagnosed the problem. The pulled the 21 year old pump and pipe and replaced it with a new one. They brought my well up to code with a new cap. By 3:30 they were done. Highly recommend these guys for any of your water needs!
RecommendedAwesome service! Called rick about 10:30am today 4/1/16. Came out around 1pm same day, figured out the problem and replace the problem in 2 hours. Bing bam boom done! No waiting around for parts, or coming back in a week. Same day service, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He has our water business now.

The cost, although they responded within an hour and performed the work in a timely manner, I do not feel it was worth the $2000 premium had I been able to wait just 2 hours!
If i could give a zero star I would. BUYER BEWARE. We had an inspection done on our well. This company not only told our buyers NOT to buy our house but said we needed 12k in repairs (the cost of a new well) unfortunately this company did not know our family works for a well pump manufacturer and we are not idiots. We had a new inspection done by a reputable company. Which contradicted everything water Dr. Said. we need zero repairs! Katelyn, We did the inspection for the buyer of your house, not for you. Our company would never tell anyone not to buy a house based on well water, we always come up with solutions to fix the problems, it does not make sense to say something like that to a potential customer. You are basing what they said off of what you heard from someone, it is "he said. she said" stuff, which is not accurate enough for us.
