I contacted the water Doctor at 9pm Thanksgiving night. Told them I had no water and they said they would be out Friday morning. Jeff called me and said they would be here at 9:15. I had to head to work but my husband was home. My husband said they were on time very knowledgeable and thorough. In three hours I had a new well pump, wiring etc. extremely happy with their honesty and promptness. No water is never fun would definitely recommend them😊

I am very pleased with my experience with the Water Dr. We needed a water softener installed and our well equipment checked. I forgot the two men's names who performed the work, but they were very knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend the water dr.

I woke up with no water at 7am, made a phone call and was in contact with a technician before 8am. Dennis, and Stevie showed up, and knew exactly what the problem was. Dennis got in contact with an excavator operator to do the digging, and in a few hours we were up and running. Dennis and Stevie did an awesome job, and even got to take a selfie with my neighbor's llama. I recommend this company, and think they did a great job.

The Water Dr is an amazing company! My husband and I work in acute care hospitals and in the middle of this coronovirus pandemic our well pump broke at 7pm without any notice. I frantically called numerous different companies of which we never heard back from. I came across Water Dr and contacted them via text. I received a response from Matt within minutes. Great service by MATT and his helper – my water shut off on a Sunday morning and in less than two hours they arrived – diagnosed the problem and installed a new well pump and wiring. We were up and running by early afternoon. Water Doctor also installed our new softener system a couple of years ago and we are completely satisfied. Top quality equipment, great installation and an honest and fair price.

My wife and I recently moved into Ansonia. Upon us moving in we unfortunately had brown water. Water Dr. came over immediately and remedied the situation. Matt and his team provided everything that was needed for my well and within an hour of being there we had clean drinking water. Water Dr.'s fast response and hard working team made this as easy and stress free as it could have been. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My house was hit by lighting and these guys got to my house almost as quickly as the lighting struck. Whenever any problems arose this company would not hesitate to help whether it was from phone call or text or arrival to my home, I could rely on them fully. I would not think twice if you are looking for a dependable water company.

Great to deal with. Had a complete filter and UV filter system installed. The tech Josh went above and beyond to correct a problem he found and install the new filtering system. Clean install explained everything in detail. Highly recommend. Give these guys a call if you need your water (well system) checked or repaired.
