I called the Water Dr. On a Saturday in the late afternoon because I had absolutely no water. Not only was Rick polite but patient while he walked me through all the simple things to check and even called me back in one hour to remind me to turn everything back on. RecommendedHad Water Dr out last week. Very small leak at bladder tank I wanted fixed. The tank is nearly 25 years old. To fix the leak would have been about $350. We discussed improving water pressure. Easy decision to just upgrade to new system now rather than later. To change out the tech had to pull the pump. Found drilled hole in pipe. RecommendedWe have used the Water Doctor for years and the professionalism of both Rick, Matt and all the staff are unsurpassed. We experienced a flood in our basement recently and Rick diagnosed a broken water pipe caused by freeze. He responded almost immediately and pinpointed the problem. RecommendedMatt, Joe, Dennis, and Josh were awesome. The guys installed a radon mitigation system and replaced are loud above ground well pump with a submerged well pump; All done within 4 hours. I felt that Matt was giving us the best information and was honest about what we needed. They tested and explained our PH balance and what we needed to correct our PH water level. We had other companies come and give us quotes but we went with Water Dr. because they were the most informative and came up with a complete solution.
