We are a family owned and operated restaurant. We want our customers to feel right at home. Our Motto is " Just like at home, only we do the dishes". We have won many awards and are best known for our Broasted Chicken. We have a rather large selection of food ranging from breakfast items, to sandwiches, to full course meals. All of our soups are homemade, and we have a wide selection of homemade desserts as well. Check out our menus!

Thurmont Kountry Kitchen rocks! The BBQ chicken bacon cheddar wrap was AMAZING!! Hubby raved about the steak and cheese melt. Service was great!!

First time I had been there. The food was awesome!! The pie and ice cream even better. Even got a few holiday masks!! I will surely be back!!
What a delicious lunch we had today. Braised chicken dinner which was large enough for at least two more meals! My husband had the patty melt & ate the entire sandwich. If it wasn’t perfect he would’ve eaten only half. The staff,Patty & Tonya were very friendly. Even while dealing with people who clearly don’t understand & realize the extreme measures the restaurant has implemented to keep tables & the overall cleanliness of the dining area safe, they managed to continue their duties without cutting corners.
