The kindness, compassion, communication, the thoroughness of Dr. Arous while doing the surgery to put the stent into my left subclavian artery. I couldn't ask for more in a surgeon, or his staff.
Very understanding. Well prepared for our first encounter. Made me comfortable and took the time to outline my care. Already have procedure appointment. Very impressed with Dr Arous. I feel he is the right choice for my care.
I was taken timely, the staff was professional, and my results clearly explained.
Dr. Arous was very knowledgeable about my symptoms, he explained to me in layman’s terms what I had and what he wants to do to fix it, for now it’s just monitoring.
Listens - sits down and talks to you - took the time to review information in my chart before my appt -takes time to explain - provides choices - very caring
