My husband has been a patient of Dr. Hoenig’s for several years, and we really liked him from the start. He is very caring, and takes the time to really focus on the patient during our appointments, making us feel that we had all the time we needed to get any questions answered. Several weeks ago Dr. Hoenig performed surgery on my husband. There were many complications, it was a very challenging operation, and he quite honestly saved my husband’s life. I will be forever grateful to him.

Dr. Hoenig performed an endarterectomy on my left carotid artery. During the procedure while clamping the artery it broke due to its very weak condition, he immediately removed the broken part and replaced it with a stent. His quick action restored the blood flow and prevented a stroke or brain damage. Dr. Hoenig's years of experience enabled him to respond quickly and precisely to provide a very good outcome. I a very satisfied with his care and would recommend him to anyone needing vascular care.
For nine years we went to Dr. Hoenig every year for checkups. Suddenly, my aneurysm doubled in size. Dr. Hoenig explained each of my options and which option was best for me. My procedure went without a hitch. He did such a great job that I was never in pain or had any discomfort. I was up and active one day after the procedure. I am very thankful and fortunate to have such a skilled doctor and surgeon. Thank you Dr. Hoenig.
dr hoenig has always been upfront and honest. his skills as a surgeon are unsurpassed. he literally saved my leg and probably my life. i would wholeheartedly recommend him to any one in need of vascular surgery. his support staff is also topnotch.
I was diagnosed with an abdominal aortic aneurysm over ten years. This past year it had gotten larger (over 5 cm); the point at which intervention is required. After getting a catscan, Dr Hoenig recommended a procedure whereby a stent is inserted inside the aneurysm. This was done June 6 of this year, and was a great success.
