RecommendedI was shopping at the Holiday Farms on Roslyn Rd. on Friday evening, January 24, 2020. I was fortunate to have Roberto and Fatemah help me. They were kind and helpful. They went out of their way when they checked me out and helped me load the $135 food order into my car. Whenever I shop at your store it is par excellence. I’m an Instacart full service shopper. Every time I work this location there are multiple items unavailable. The store loses money and I lose money. Aisles are narrow already and each one seems to have a pile of boxes placed where one grocery cart at a time can barely squeeze through. Some employees are genuinely helpful. Others are completely clueless about stock placement. This location needs a serious makeover. Glen Head store is 100 times better.

We spoke with our owner, who was in the Roslyn store this morning and there were about a dozen instacart shoppers. He personally helped a few of them find things. The store is receiving deliveries first thing >onday morning and its also the same time we get a lot of Instacart shoppers. Holiday farms is a disgusting almost white trash material for a grocery store on Long Island . They don't give there employees water to even drink for there six hour shifts and are completely and utterly rude to customers.
