I called about servicing or replacing a water neutralizer and to fix a pinhole leak a ceiling pipe. After waiting a week for the appointment. The service man told me they could not fix the leak. I needed a plumber for that, so I had to call a plumber to fix that. When your service people were here, they took a water sample. The service call was handled perfectly on April 3. However, my original appointment was for April 1. I did not get a call or text or email that my appointment had to be cancelled. I certainly understand about medical emergencies, but it would have been courteous to notify me. I have voice mail on both phones and can access email on two devices. I was available if someone had tried to contact me. Glad T.K. Is on the mend.

Too expensive just to change a $10 item conduit. The tech was good. But I will not hire them again as they are too expensive even to fix a small issue. I would have been better of consulting a local electrician. The service charge is too exorbitant!!

Your technicians reported mold, slime, and ants. Took pictures that apparently picked up a reflection from stained glass overhang. Don’t think they even dropped in the pit to see. My new service technician came today, cholinated CLEAR WATER! Caused much anxiety here. Refund of my $200 is appropriately requested.
