Regina Chandler and the entire staff at the Vascular Care Group were wonderful. Regina was incredibly informative, attentive to all my needs, and answered every question with care. She made me feel truly seen and heard. Her compassion, thoroughness, and clear explanations helped me feel completely comfortable and confident in making informed decisions about my health.

I was very impressed with my visits to Dr James office. From Caitlin at the front desk, who facilitated appointments for me, and provided records I asked for on the spot, followed by a telephone call that further information was available for me to pick up, my consult with Dr James, very factual and professional, and Heather in Ultrasound, also professional, making sure I was comfortable, very kind, everyone did a great job!

The doctor was very helpful in explaining why I was referred to the VASCULAR Care Group in Plymouth. He was so compassionate and supportive. He put my mind at ease. The front desk staff was very professional and very attentive. They show they care about their patients and their families.
