Excellent experience from the Receptionist to the Nurse, Crystal, who took my info and reason for being there to Dr. Phillips. Dr Phillips was very kind, professional, Knowledgeable and made me feel like he really cared and was eager to help. Took the time to explain what was wrong and best way to deal with my injury. Definitely a go to Podiatry Office in Plymouth. He was recommended by my PC who is also very caring.
Dr. Phillips is amazing! I was a patient of his at St. Elizabeth Hospital and followed him to The Vascular Care Group in Plymouth despite my commute being over an hour. He is the only podiatrist I trust and would recommend. Under his care and expertise my quality of life has definitely improved and I can’t thank him enough for that!
Appointment time was great for me. Finding the correct door to enter was hard seeing arrow below their name on correct door saying main door I went in had to ask someone then noticed verbiage under arrow when close up to see it. This needs to change for others trying to find door. Felt comfortable with staff and doctor. May update after future visits.
Regina made me feel comfortable and listened to everything that I had to tell her. She gave great feedback and I feel confident my needs were met and with the plan (we discussed) moving forward.
Hard time finding which door to enter. Went inside the building then went back out once I saw someone come out of the door. But Friendly staff. Understanding and empathetic of my situation. Talked to me like a person not a tech book. Would highly recommend them.
