The doctor was very helpful in explaining why I was referred to the VASCULAR Care Group in Plymouth. He was so compassionate and supportive. He put my mind at ease. The front desk staff was very professional and very attentive. They show they care about their patients and their families.
I was very impressed with my visits to Dr James office. From Caitlin at the front desk, who facilitated appointments for me, and provided records I asked for on the spot, followed by a telephone call that further information was available for me to pick up, my consult with Dr James, very factual and professional, and Heather in Ultrasound, also professional, making sure I was comfortable, very kind, everyone did a great job!
I was seen for the first time at the vascular center recently. I was greeted warmly by the reception staff and seen promptly by Regina Chandler. NP Chandler was very warm, answered all my questions, and gave me as much time as needed to address my issues. I am pleased with the attention I was given and feel confident with continuing my care at the Vascular Care Group.
This place is very well run. From the availability to get an appointment to the actual appointment everything was very well done. Staff was friendly and quite thorough. The Doctor took the time to answer all questions and concerns and to thoroughly describe upcoming procedures. I would highly recommend this practice.
