had a great experience at this vascular clinic yesterday. From check-in to the actual treatment, the staff was warm, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing — you could tell they genuinely cared about getting it right, not just moving on to the next patient. Dr. Hoenig Is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Professional in that he deals with his patients according to their needs, not according to a strict formula that treats similar diagnoses the exact same way. Knowledgeable in that he knows the proper treatment for a wide variety of symptoms and works with each patient to address those needs. I was really upset with my visit. I did not get answers to my questions. I had a medical breakdown during the ultrasound and the technician just wanted to get the job done. Even though his patient was crashing on his table. I felt like they know what their doing, but bedside manners could be better.
