had a great experience at this vascular clinic yesterday. From check-in to the actual treatment, the staff was warm, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing — you could tell they genuinely cared about getting it right, not just moving on to the next patient. Dr. Hoenig Is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Professional in that he deals with his patients according to their needs, not according to a strict formula that treats similar diagnoses the exact same way. Knowledgeable in that he knows the proper treatment for a wide variety of symptoms and works with each patient to address those needs. Had my first appointment yesterday and was so fortunate to have Kristin assigned to my care. The appointment started on time and offered a comfortable and relaxed office to meet. Kristin was beyond amazing. From her genuine smile when she came into the room and through my appointment, she was 100% focus on me. She is a gift to the profession and to this office. I sense she represents the caring culture of all staff in the Leominster office.
