Scheduling an appointment at the Leominster location was easy and an appointment was available within just a couple of weeks. Parking was a breeze and a first floor office. Front desk/reception was friendly, helpful and efficient. PA Kristen Cabot was on time, pleasant to speak with and very efficient. She explained what may be occurring and scheduled me for follow up testing. I was in and out of the office within a half hour. I would recommend the office based on my first experience.
My experience at the Vascular Care Group was the best! Dr. Stephen Hoenig and his team are definitely on top of their profession and very personable! Their procedural work is top notch 👌as they saved two of my toes on the same foot that had turned blue, now they are back to normal like nothing ever happened! I will continue to use their services should the need arise. Love you guys, Robert MacLeod
Overall excellent service and treatment, but suggest that leg portion of treatment chair/s be extended by at least 6 to 12 in. My legs were running out of room and there are people with much longer legs than mine. And because chair/s are quite slippery, I felt like I was in danger of sliding out of chair--had to exert myself to keep from sliding forward.
The care at the Vascular Group has been outstanding . I’ve been to both Concord and Leominster offices, and all employees have been effective and patient with my many questions. The treatment I had yesterday wasn’t painful. I’m excited to see my leg soon when I remove the ace bandage . I’ll have two follow up appointments which is reassuring .
They make you feel comfortable, and you know every step of the procedure. I had a Saphenous Abilation done on my left leg, and scheduled to do the right in a few weeks. I have no hesitation doing the right leg at all . The care was top notch compared to the larger vascular centers. The whole team deserves more than a 5 star review.
