My first time bringing my 1 year old to the dentist and she did great!! The hygienist Chelsea was awesome with my daughter! Dr. Deng was also great with my daughter. The new facility is beautiful and caters to kids. I highly recommend the dental group if you are looking for a place that cares and is kis friendly.
If I could give 50 stars, I would! Smilen is great! My whole family (2 adults, 2 kids) all go to Smilen. Yesterday, my 7y had to have a baby tooth pulled. Dr. Min and the hygienist made my child so comfortable. I expected it to be a TERRIBLE experience but she left with a big [toothless] smile! Such a wonderful experience.
Our seven year old had a dental emergency at school and Smilen was available, compassionate and timely with seeing her: It ended up not being as bad as we originally thought, however Smilen treated her right away and explained everything to us as far as what to do and what to expect. They are so patient when working with children and their stressed out parents! Would absolutely recommended them.
I highly recommend Dr. Sue in Wallingford, CT! She and her wonderful staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring—they make every visit comfortable and stress-free. What stands out most is how fun and welcoming the atmosphere is, even for all types of dental care. The new location is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean, which really adds to the overall positive experience. Super clean and welcoming for children and families. The rooms are fun for children with different themes. Very nice, caring, patient and respectful staff who show they listen and care about what they do. Very pleased with the care/treatment my son has received. Dr. Min has been fantastic in all she's done for treatment with my son. Definitely recommend.
