You can expect a tremendous queue of people with tons of bottles and cans to exchange. Patience is the name of the game. The staff works well to move things along as quickly as possible. If you have a relatively small amount to exchange, you'll get moved to the "express" line. Be SURE to have your CT ID.
It needs some structure here a new system needs to be in place. This place has Potential To be better. They take a very long time to get you in , the cater to people THEY want to help, I went the other day before they open and they allowed people to skip in front of you they talk to you nasty but talk to other customers with upmost respect they have favorites customers (U-HAUL TRUCKS 10 bags or more) … they need more workers & workers who are FAIR .. it could be better. I’ve always gone to this bottle redemption spot, but my most recent visit was awful. They’ve changed so much since the last time I was there. An employee was wearing a chest camera recording customers very odd, and I was shorted I was told I had 9 bags even though I brought 10. Their bag policy has also changed; before, you had to use their plastic bags, and now they say you can use any bags. On top of that, Poland Spring bottles are now required to be placed into a single bag. The new line process is extremely inefficient.... read more
I came in a rental from CT with NJ plates you guys won't take my bottles and cans even though I live in ct I never lived in nj made me look crazy at your company infont of everyone I don't like this service today as long as I been coming here I parked on the street u still won't take my bottles I'm not happy with this today I been coming here for years ..
This company needs to undergo a reform in its employees. They are mistreating people and favoring some who are coming with trucks... I went there to sell some bags of bottles but I couldn't sell them all. They wouldn't let me go, but there were 2 people who were unloading 3 trucks and they wouldn't stop taking their bags. They wouldn't say anything to these guys. Not to mention that every time I went there, these same guys were always there. It's very strange.
