Regency construction has been the successful bidder on many of our projects. As an architect it is very important for my clients to have a wonderful building experience. Franco, exceeds expectations. He is also experienced in building with ICF, Insulated concrete forms. We specialize in designing with ICF and am very happy to have a local and qualified ICF builder. I recommend Regency construction very highly.
I had an excellent experience with Regency Construction. The boss/owner Franco was Awesome! He walked me thru all the steps of my job. He communicated with me all the time and was always available for me. His crew did an excellent job and after getting a few quotes, they came in the lowest. Very happy with them and would certainly used them again in the future.

I highly recommend Franco and his crew at Regency construction. He is re doing an entire home for me in Norwalk from top to bottom and had just finished a beautiful kitchen renovation in our home.
