My experiences as a first time patient was extremely pleasant all smiles. The entire staff was very professional polite and informative. They really take pride in what they do and treat clients with the utmost respect. I even got offered lollipops 🍭 lol awesome clinic please keep up the excellent work 👏 👍
Entire staff is really nice and pleasant. Dana, registered nurse awesome very informative and patient. Small family oriented office everyone one appears to love their job. Overall office was so welcoming not judged.
Staff and providers are very friendly, supportive, and professional. The team here goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and provide the best care possible. If you need labs done they take blood and other samples in the office so no need to go to Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics which is really convenient. After going to Novus, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
Every single time and I mean EVERY single time they never fail to disappoint, I’ve been going to this location regularly for the past few years and they have always given me amazing service from the warm welcoming, the coffee always being fresh and having different creamer options, waters, mints, magazines, friendly staffing.
