I have nothing negative to say. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. The visit itself was a quick in-and-out and the staff were friendly.
The whole process was professional. NATE WAS EXCELLENT in explaining the whole process. Dont regret going there discreet and everyone was kind.
We’re able to take my bf and I on quick notice. Everyone was super nice and helpful they even offered coffee and water. After checking in I was able to leave in the next 20-25 minutes. Everything was super fast. Love the atmosphere here. I commend the whole team :)

Had my first appointment today with Novus ACS. Amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere! They provide STD testing as well as rapid HIV testing. I am actually transferring to them full-time from my previous PREP provider in Philly! Great job guys 5/5.
