First time going to LaVida and can definitely say I will be going back! When I first walked in, I was greeted with friendly staff. I was escorted to a quiet and relaxing waiting room and was taken for my appointment on time. I went for a 60 minute massage with Stefani and she was amazing! Really listened to what areas I wanted her to focus on. The heated beds, dark lighting, and calming sounds really gave me a great experience. After the message I was offered water and didn’t feel rushed. Everything was super clean from the ... read more

I joined the La Vida benefits program a few months back and have not regretted it. It's worth every penny. I recently had a massage with Sherry that was phenomenal. I had been struggling with back pain and stiffness, but since the massage I feel like a brand new woman. No aches or pains. Whether it's massages with Sherry or facials with Riss, the La Vida Benefits program is the best $$$ I've spent! I can't recommend them enough.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The prices are extremely high, but the quality of the service didn't come close to justifying the cost. There are many other spas that provide better service, more attention to detail, and a much better overall experience for a fraction of the price. Unfortunately, I don't feel this spa offers good value, and I wouldn't return or recommend it.

The sauna sessions are completely private, which makes the experience feel calm, restorative, and personal every time. The space is always clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Everyone who works ... read more

I've had 2 visits to La Vida and both visits have been nothing short of excellent! For my birthday, I like to treat myself to a massage and facial. I've done that tradition twice at La Vida the past few years and it has been an amazing experience both times. This year, I had my massage with Maria and my facial with Allison and both were wonderful! Maria's massage was perfect and Allison was a great esthetician, making recommendations for me about my skincare moving forward. I believe my first massage at La Vida was with Nic... read more
