I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I purchased chicken and meat that looked fine at first, but when I opened the packages at home, both were extremely slimy and had a strong rotten odor. I returned them, and while the manager was professional, polite, and helpful, one of the younger employees who took the return had a very poor attitude. e: and to add insult to injury, they responded with an AI response, like they wanted to look good but didn't bother reading or doing anything about it. I am begging you to ask your staff to stop jumping in on transactions at self-checkout unless someone asks for help. They keep trying to help, and keep causing hassle and frustration. Please just let me handle my own groceries, that's why I'm at self checkout! I go to self checkout so I don't have to deal with staff. Store is very neat, has everything you need. Great selection of fresh vegetables, fruits, meats and fish. Good prices, plenty of parking. Great deli, filled with ready to go meals too!!
This store is wonderfully stocked, with fresh produce, fresh baked breads, and a fantastic deli department. I can’t give enough stars to the staff in the deli department they are 5 stars +. And all of the fresh made foods are delicious. As for the meat department. On at least 3 occasions I’ve ran down and picked up chicken breast to make for dinner. They all had fresh dates on them. Overall good prices. Well organized and fresh produce. Good selection of meats. Deli is good, but organization is a little off and slow. Staff are very friendly. Checkout is quick. It is a preferred supermarket for me.
