I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Indian front manager who works at night. On several occasions, I have noticed her attitude towards customers is very unprofessional: always with a bad face, unfriendly, and making people feel unwelcome. As a woman and a frequent shopper at this supermarket, I feel extremely disappointed with the Indian lady at customer service. Every time I’ve had to deal with her, she’s been dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. She doesn’t smile, doesn’t greet properly, and makes you feel like you’re a burden just for asking a question. Customer service should make people feel welcomed and respected, but she does the exact opposite. It’s frustrating and unfair to the rest of the staff who actually treat customers the right way.
As a regular female customer, I have to say my experience with the Indian woman at the front desk has been awful. She is constantly unfriendly, avoids eye contact, and responds in a very disrespectful way. It feels humiliating to be treated like that when all we want is assistance. The supermarket deserves better representation at customer service, because her behavior is driving loyal customers away.
They don’t always honor posted sale price. I was at the deli counter about an hour ago to get a pound of cheese. I checked to see if they had any specials and they had a sign posted that said New York State Sharp Cheddar Cheese for $5.99 a pound. I pointed to the sign and asked for that but the lady at the counter put a sticker on it for $8.99. The Supermarket it's ok but that Indian Lady Front Desk that sometimes is at customer service....I can't tell what a horrendous customer service rep. she is, always with a bad face, rude, not polite at all, doesn't know how to service people....a smile? ...She doesn't know what that is. I have been assisted in customer service by her and she is HORRENDOUS, and attending at night HORRIBBLE she is horrible, that person doesn't know how to greed or smile to a single customer.
