As a regular female customer, I have to say my experience with the Indian woman at the front desk has been awful. She is constantly unfriendly, avoids eye contact, and responds in a very disrespectful way. It feels humiliating to be treated like that when all we want is assistance. The supermarket deserves better representation at customer service, because her behavior is driving loyal customers away.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the Indian front manager who works at night. On several occasions, I have noticed her attitude towards customers is very unprofessional: always with a bad face, unfriendly, and making people feel unwelcome. As a woman and a frequent shopper at this supermarket, I feel extremely disappointed with the Indian lady at customer service. Every time I’ve had to deal with her, she’s been dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. She doesn’t smile, doesn’t greet properly, and makes you feel like you’re a burden just for asking a question. Customer service should make people feel welcomed and respected, but she does the exact opposite. It’s frustrating and unfair to the rest of the staff who actually treat customers the right way.
This supermarket is a good neighborhood store. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and good quality. The staff is friendly and courteous. Some items are little pricey but too much.
the Indu lady at the front desk and Kiosk machines and for customer service she treats people with zero respect, no smile, no manners, always rude and acting like customers are bothering her. It’s not the first time I’ve seen her behave this way — she does the same with others too. Honestly, it gives the whole store a bad image. Someone with that attitude should not be representing customer service.
