Jim was terrific. Jim fielded all of our questions over the phone and knew exactly the dryer that we needed. We completed the transaction over the phone smoothly. H&H is where I buy all my appliances, for kitchen and beyond, since I moved to the area in 1995, because I have found it to be well run and, in the best way, it has a wonderful family-business feeling.
