We are extremely pleased with our entire experience from buying the refrigerator from James to having Scott and Brad deliver it on Saturday morning. As we were having a party later that day, we were thrilled when Scott and Brad made us the first delivery of the day. It was a great story for our friends who couldn’t believe how calm we were a couple of hours later. Many thanks for making a stressful situation fun.
This review is long overdo. I purchased a Lynx 42 professional natural grill about 3 years ago and had some issues with gas pressure and igniters. No one seemed to be able to figure out the issues, but Kenny, the owner of H&H appliance has gone above and beyond to resolve issues. He personally replaced all the igniters, burners, and even modified the way the gas was delivered to the grill. He still checks in with me all the time to make sure everything is working. Choosing to buy our appliances from H&H Appliance Center was one of the best decisions we made during our to-the-studs kitchen renovation. A special shout-out goes to Dennis Morris, who was up front about supply chain delays and gave us accurate estimates about when we could expect our appliances. H&H didn't hesitate to accommodate us when we needed to cancel the dishwasher from our order or when we needed to exchange our range hood for another model that better fit our space.
Talk about bragging rights---H & H Appliance has them! Fair and competative pricing with great instore support, delivery and installation streamlined with the most polite, knowledgable and well trained technicians! We recently purchased an LG washer/dryer stack. We enjoy working with Kevin, the salesman we have dealt with for many appliance purchases over the last number of years. Additionally, and one of the main reasons we keep going back to H&H is the delivery and installation experience.
