I would NEVER recommend this company. I was unfortunately paired with them for a repair to our washer through our home warranty company. **************** is pathetic to say the least. Never return calls or emails. Technician diagnosed a pump issue, didn't have one on his truck, came back 5 days later to put it in. The following day went to wash and the same exact thing happened, ****** ***** and was told no one could come for 2 weeks and then the tech never showed. I would not recommend this company. Today is the 2nd scheduled appointment with them for a washer repair with No Call, No Show. When you try to call them you get an answering machine and no return call. Their customer service stinks! I had to choose one star because a choice needs to be indicated to leave a review
