In December of 2023 I went to Dr Katz as an emergency visit because a crown came off. I was super impressed both with him and his staff. He's really straightforward and put me at ease by explaining everything he was recommending and the reasons behind it. Today, i had my 6 month cleaning. A.great experience once again. Flatiron Family Dental was recommended by a friend and I can't express my gratitude enough for being directed to this practice. I've always had a dental phobia and Dr. Shimonova, Dr. Katz, and their entire team put my mind at ease. They are professional, approachable, and super kind. I recently had a series of procedures with Dr. Alexander Loeb at this location and he continues that continuity of excellence. The office has a great vibe and the customer service top notch.
Wonderful experience. The office is state of the art, the doctor is very knowledgeable and super nice. The receptionist Laura is the most patient and kind person on the planet who helped me through my insurance madness with the biggest smile. strongly recommend!!
Michelle was incredible! Without a doubt the most thorough and informative dental appointment I've ever had. She did a great cleaning and did a detailed review of all of my concerns and had very specific actionable feedback and ideas for everything. They're the best -- will definitely be back many times!
I’m so glad I found this practice. The entire staff is great with their communication. The doctors have the technology to create porcelain work right inside the office which cuts wait times in half. No pain dentistry. Highly recommend.
