I’ve been visiting Mark for a few years as he’s helped me manage several injuries and get back to enjoying an active lifestyle. Mark is an excellent practitioner that consistently educates himself on the latest techniques. The space provides an elevated experience, from the high-tech table, to the light and bright studio. Above all that, Mark is a great guy. Highly recommend.

I came to Mark at a time when I was experiencing a lot of tension and multiple injuries that led to chronic pain. Over the past year, Mark has patiently and expertly worked through all that ails me and has me in a much better place. He’s up on latest techniques and keeps track of what has worked and what might push me closer to a better place. Mark is a healer and I’m very grateful for his firm touch and gentle soul. My initial massage was a gift from my daughter and I recommend Mark highly!

I've seen Mark several times, but recently tried his lymphatic drainage technique for the firm time and can't say enough positive things about the effects. If you feel sluggish and need a boost - I highly recommend this technique specifically. Despite the light physical impact on the body, it's an extremely invigorating massage and left me energized and much less inflamed. No lotion/oil is used, and the massage is performed over clothing to stimulate lymphatic flow.

As soon as i step into Dharma I am instantly transported to a meditative and healing space. As a weekly client for over 4 years I have truly been transformed by Marks expertise with bodywork. His massage is top tier both in feeling and function. I always leave feeling better than when I entered and always look forward to my next session.
