I was on my way to get 3 documents color scanned to a Flash Drive when I saw their building. I knew they could do this small task. A gentleman came to the counter (I’m sorry I did not catch his name) and explained to him that I went to a UPS store twice and they messed it up twice. Without hesitation this gentleman had me explain exactly what I needed. He scanned my documents, verified they were correct, and did not charge me. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Designer Graphics is such a great business!! The women that helped me in the front office were welcoming and very helpful… also patient with my indecisiveness. I had 50 booklets printed for my inner healing classes and they turned out beautiful. I also got a lovely table sign as well that I like! I will definitely return for future projects!

Sure will send you a quote with half of everything wrong, on top of that all of the questions I had were not answered? If you’re a small business that is doing small orders this company does not care about you. Take your business elsewhere. 1/5 for communication.

Yaksi at Designer Graphics is a pleasure to work with. She was attentive and listened to what I was looking for on my business cards. Laura was great. Great customer service, great design and reasonably priced, what more can you ask for. I look forward to using them in the future! Thank you ladies!
