Both our deck installation and our new concrete walkway/patio could not have turned out better. We are thrilled with the results. From Beginning to end, this is the company you want/ Bob came out and gave us a quote a couple of years ago and we were not ready, but then we reached out again when we were and he came out quickly, updated our quote and got us on the path to our deck face lift!! We had our fence installed by Deck and Fence Renewal Systems in August of 2020 and initially looked beautiful. We had wanted a white vinyl fence but were talked out of it. We agreed on cedar but the installation date kept getting pushed back and we had a pool installed and had no other choice but to go with pine because we needed the fence up. As of September 2025 we are choosing to replace the fence. From a financial standpoint it is not in our best interest to keep fixing this fence as we will likely need to replace more ... read more
We had our back stairs with small deck demolished and completely replaced. The guys were so nice and professional. They listened to what we needed and provided a couple of options in different price ranges. We are so pleased with our new stairs and deck and know it will last a good long time! Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.
Mr Perkins reaffirms my belief in the miracle of small business. First it was a post and wire fence, then it is a new patio deck. I am a typical miserable customer with stupid questions, demands and neurotic dogs. Fortunately their work is stellar, his crew is quick, talented and attentive. Bob has the patience of a saint. I maybe stupid but I'm smart enough to know who to call.
