First, I am not shocked to see how many negative reviews there are regarding the front office staff.. In my time seeing her, Dr. Vora has been great. The practice, however, is lacking in customer service & communication skills along with basic office organization in terms of who spoke to who, what information is being relayed to patients and knowing who of their doctors are and are not accepting new patients (?!) I was able to get an appointment very quickly and Jennifer Tucker-Mitchell who I see here is very kind. She takes the time to listen to me and is compassionate and understanding to my life situation and my issues. She takes the time to make sure I understand medications and is respectful of my concerns toward certain medications. I would recommend CMHS to anyone in need of mental health care. Thank you for your help.

I have two incredibly good providers here. They listen and care about people. I feel cared for. I was allowed to switch therapists after my first therapist here retired. When I found the second therapist wasn't a good match for me, I was allowed to change to a new one. Kimberly at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and helps me schedule my appointments.

Staff member in charge of patient intake didn't listen to what I said and assigned me to someone who only prescribed medication. They proceeded to then lie and say she asked me on the phone for the patient intake in front of the doctor and other staff members saying that's what I asked for. Since this isn't what was discussed on the phone I don't feel comfortable setting up appointments for my mental well-being with someone who willingly lies and wastes patient and doctor's time. My previous doctor retired and was hoping this would be my new trusted practice. I was seen by Michelle Vanduinen APRN. She was very cold and standoffish, did not make eye contact with me during my initial intake. There was a medical student shadowing during my appointment, it was apparent she was uncomfortable with Michelle's behavior as well.
