The front office staff is terrible. They booked an appointment for me but I had to wait for 7 weeks to get in because they were that busy. A week later I had to move the appointment and they were able to move it to the following week. So 7 weeks later I showed up to my appointment and they had canceled it on me without even telling me so I had to wait another 4 weeks to get in.

-500 stars. To the front desk lady who has no manners at all and goes "yep" then hangs up, you suck. The rest also suck. The whole faculty seem like miserable people. People need to start reporting this place to the public health department because it's a joke

Using a throwaway account because Dr. Vora and this group still have my personal information. I came to Dr. Niloni Vora bearing a lot of vulnerability. I needed care, support, and guidance from a mental health professional during a very hard time in my life. She did not provide these things for me. Miss Vora was very cold and rude during my few sessions with her. She did not offer any empathy and compassion. Went there for a first-time appointment with Dr. Vora and it was a horrible experience! It seemed like the first half of the appointment went well, but then towards the end of it, that's when it started to get worse. I felt like she was berating me and treating me like I was a child. She criticized me for being sensitive and introverted, telling me as well that I should stop acting like a child and more like an adult. I was brought to tears as she was telling me all of this. First, I am not shocked to see how many negative reviews there are regarding the front office staff.. In my time seeing her, Dr. Vora has been great. The practice, however, is lacking in customer service & communication skills along with basic office organization in terms of who spoke to who, what information is being relayed to patients and knowing who of their doctors are and are not accepting new patients (?!)
