Based on a recommendation from a very good friend, I took my 8 year old and very aggressive Morkie, who is banned from PetSmart to Bark and Bougie. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and very courteous. They were able to do what so many other well-known establishments would not or could not do. I am extremely happy with how my baby turned out and will definitely make Bark and Bougie the official place for all three of my pets' grooming needs. BIG, BIG, BIG, THANK YOU AGAIN BARK AND BOUGIE!
My dog is very temperamental about his legs, and is very guarded around anyone who isn't me or my husband. The staff of Bark and Bougie are extremely caring when it comes to all fur babies. Not only did they do a magnificent job on Logans cut, they were compassionate enough not to put a muzzle on him when he got a little snappy. Brought my dog for grooming for first time here. Was told he was very aggressive and he’s not welcome back. Took video of him snapping with a cone on his head and I never approved any video of my pet. My previous groomer isn’t doing grooming anymore and that’s why I went here. Actually called my old groomer and they told me they never had an issue with him. I guess these people don’t know how to handle pets coming in for the first time.
