We chose Aquatic Pool based on their reputation and recommendations. Tom worked with us from start to finish on the pool, patio design as well as the retaining walls we needed and location of the fence. Tom and his team at Aquatic did an amazing job providing us with the pool of our dreams. Our backyard now mimics some of the most desirable getaway vacation locations and we couldn’t be happier. We are looking forward to completing our project this year by adding an outdoor kitchen (with a pizza oven), Koi Pond and landscaping!
Aquatic managed not only our re-do of our entire pool deck and pool, but also managed the comple re-work of our entire backyard, basically from scratch. Everything turned out perfect and we highly recommend Tom and the team for not only pool projects but they are also great at ongoing pool and spa maintenance
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Aquatic Pools & Spas. From our first visit to the Northford location we got wonderful customer service and that continued throughout the process. No question was too small or ignored. We went with a simple design of a salt water pool and chose our own contractor for the fencing. TL,DR: incompetent technician, shockingly bad service, hiding in mother's skirts, and inability to repair my hot tub-- all at a premium cost. Full story of the experience below. I asked Aquatic to send someone to my house to assess my leaking hot tub to see if they could repair it.
